The rules that keep RatePilot running smoothly for everyone.

By using RatePilot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. We may update these terms occasionally — continued use means you accept any changes. These terms are governed by Australian law.
RatePilot is an influencer pricing engine that helps marketers calculate fair rates for social media campaigns. We provide market-based recommendations, ROI planning tools, and campaign analytics to support your marketing decisions.
Our recommendations are guidance based on market data and should be used as a starting point for negotiations. Final pricing decisions and campaign outcomes are your responsibility.
RatePilot uses a token system. Each calculation costs tokens, and different features may cost different amounts. Token packages and subscription plans are clearly priced on our platform.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST may apply to Australian customers as required by law. International customers pay the base price without GST.
Payments are processed immediately via Stripe. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Token purchases are one-time and don't expire. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us if you have issues.
• Keep your login credentials secure and don't share them
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it updated
• Only create one account per person
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Team members you invite are your responsibility
RatePilot is designed for legitimate marketing and business use. You agree not to:
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our pricing algorithms or data
• Use automated tools to generate excessive calculations or abuse the token system
• Interfere with our service or attempt to access other users' data
• Use RatePilot for illegal activities or to harm others
• Share pricing recommendations publicly in a way that damages influencer earnings
• Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
Violations may result in account suspension or termination. We'll usually warn you first unless the violation is severe.
We aim to keep RatePilot available 24/7, but occasional downtime happens for maintenance or updates. We'll try to give advance notice for planned maintenance.
We regularly improve RatePilot by adding features, updating algorithms, and fixing bugs. Some changes might affect how calculations work, but we'll ensure they remain accurate and fair.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Major changes that affect pricing or core functionality will be communicated in advance.
You keep ownership of the data you input into RatePilot. We don't claim rights to your campaign information, influencer details, or business data.
However, you grant us permission to use this data to provide our service — calculating rates, generating recommendations, and improving our algorithms (in aggregated, non-identifiable ways).
We may terminate accounts that consistently input false data or abuse the platform, which could affect the accuracy of our recommendations for other users.
RatePilot provides pricing recommendations based on market data and algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, we can't guarantee specific outcomes from your campaigns or negotiations.
You use our recommendations at your own discretion. We're not liable for campaign performance, negotiation results, or business decisions based on our data.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. This limitation doesn't affect rights that can't be excluded under Australian consumer law.
You can cancel your account anytime through the settings page. Subscription plans can be cancelled to prevent future billing, but current billing periods are non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose security risks. We'll usually provide warning and opportunity to fix issues first.
Upon termination, your access ends immediately. We'll retain data as required by law but will delete account data upon request (subject to legal obligations).
For questions about these terms, billing issues, or disputes, contact us first. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
These terms are governed by Australian law. Any disputes will be handled in Australian courts, but we prefer to solve problems through discussion rather than legal action.
